Evolve have set up a cost effective facilities maintenance service for 12 of Peabody Trusts developments. We cover general maintenance (small works), grounds maintenance and cleaning.
A fundamental part of our offer is the RFM diary service which has been developed by Evolve specifically to address the needs of companies with property portfolios however large or small.
The diary service allows the client to centrally assign maintenance tasks to our operatives on the road. Each task - once completed automatically produces a full maintenance report with photographs notes and costs. Each report is then automatically assigned to the correct property code and stored on a central database. This database can then be cross referenced producing charts and graphs.
