Virgin Radio's VIP arena was Evolve's first move into large events. We were asked by Big Fish to project manage the concept from initial client liaison through to site build, run and de-rig. This arena consisted of a marquee for 400 people with a bar and acoustic stage, an external garden area with catering and a 24hr live broadcast and band interview area.
Evolve has been asked to project manage the event at (V2006) for the fourth year running. This year we have been involved in the new design proposal and will carry out the on site build itself alongside our production management role.
