We have been asked to create an income through interim uses on a 10 acre development site in Notting Hill. Traditional uses through agents were not an option as the majority of the site is undulating remediated soil with limited hard standing. We have strong interest for 25% of the site from TFL, as well as interest from a "Traffic Management" firm. Along the perimeter we have established a number of advertising hoarding options with projected incomes. We have also provided full proposals with industry interest for a music festival, an off-road quad skills trail, a paint-ball centre and a film location. The potential projected income is £350-£400,000.00 per annum. The final choices are yet to be made.
